Moussa Faki Mahamat, Chairperson of the African Union Commission (AUC), arrived in Azerbaijan on November 11 to participate in the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
At Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Moussa Faki Mahamat was welcomed by Matin Karimli, Chief of Staff of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Science and Education, and Rashad Novruz, Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Ethiopia, along with other officials.
