Azerbaijan’s Media Development Agency held a meeting with a delegation led by Ditmir Bushati, Head of the Election Observation Mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), and Kira Kalinina, Media Analyst.
During the meeting, Ahmad Ismayilov, Executive Director of the Media Development Agency, provided detailed information about Azerbaijan’s media landscape, the ongoing reforms in this sector, and the agency’s main areas of activity.
The discussions also focused on the role of the media during the upcoming snap parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, scheduled for September 1, 2024.
