Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan ratify landmark agreements, eliminating double taxation

Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan have ratified two crucial agreements. President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has signed the necessary documents, cementing these landmark pacts into law.

According to Report, the first agreement ratified is an Additional Agreement amending the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on the establishment of the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyz Development Fund, which was signed on April 24, 2024, in Baku.

The second ratified document is the Agreement between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kyrgyz Republic on the Elimination of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Tax Evasion on Income. This agreement, was also signed on April 24, 2024, in Baku.
