“Necessary conditions created for constituency and precinct election commissions in Azerbaijan are at a high level,” said CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov at a meeting with chairs of the district election commissions.
“Those who will violate the requirements of the Election Code will be punished,” the CEC chairman added.
