The Azerbaijani Embassy in Ukraine, led by Ambassador Seymur Mardaliyev, along with representatives from the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan in Ukraine and other individuals, celebrated Azerbaijan's National Salvation Day in Kyiv.
According to Report, the event took place at the Heydar Aliyev Park, where attendees laid flowers and wreaths at the monument of Azerbaijan's national leader, Heydar Aliyev.
National Salvation Day, celebrated on June 15, marks the return of Heydar Aliyev to power in Azerbaijan in 1993. Aliyev's leadership played a crucial role in stabilizing the country during a period of political and economic turmoil following its independence from the Soviet Union. Under his guidance, Azerbaijan embarked on a path of development and strengthened its position on the international stage.
