Azerbaijan faced injustice in the 1990s and the OSCE is also responsible for this, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a joint press conference with the current OSCE Chairman, Minister of Foreign, European Affairs and Trade of Malta Ian Borg, according to Report.
