The Investigative Committee of Armenia has opened a criminal case against Azerbaijani army serviceman Ruslan Panahov, who on the morning of February 28 got lost in bad weather conditions while moving between service positions in the Lachin district, Report informs referring to Armenian media.
He is accused under several articles of the Criminal Code of Armenia - illegal border crossing, carrying weapons, etc.
