The special representative of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation for normalization of Azerbaijan-Armenia relations, Igor Khovaev, in on visit to Baku, Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said, Report informs.
“He is scheduled to hold meetings with Azerbaijani partners and discuss various issues, including the subject of a peace agreement. I hope that Khovaev's visit will be useful for the settlement. We believe that he will continue his visit to the region, including Yerevan, in the near future and discuss all the details so that these contacts will benefit the settlement," Zakharova said.
