In connection with the extraordinary presidential elections to be held on February 7, the chairmen of the central election commissions of several countries and the heads of observation missions have arrived in Azerbaijan.
According to Report, among them are CIS Secretary General Sergey Lebedev and head of the CIS Secretariat, Sergey Burutin, the Chairman of the CEC of Montenegro, Nikola Mugosa, Assistant to the Secretary General of the OIC for Political Affairs, Yousef Aldobeay, and head of the election observation section of the OIC Secretariat, Shakir Mahmud Bandar, the chairman of the Georgian CEC, Giorgi Kalandarishvili, and several members, the Chairman of the Kazakh CEC, Nurlan Abdirov, and several representatives, members of the Ukrainian CEC and Maldivian CEC, and representatives of the CIS Parliamentary Assembly.
