Azerbaijan's newly appointed Ambassador to Moldova Ulvi Bakhshaliyev has presented his credentials to President of Moldova Maia Sandu.
During the meeting, both sides expressed their interest in expanding the political dialogue between Moldova and Azerbaijan, as well as enhancing relations in the commercial and economic spheres.
The two discussed the potential for development in both bilateral and multilateral formats and shared opinions on the current status of ties between Azerbaijan and Moldova.
Maia Sandu congratulated the Azerbaijani diplomat on his appointment as ambassador to Moldova and wished him success in his future endeavors.
In a gesture of respect, Ulvi Bakhshaliyev honored the memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev by placing flowers at the bust of the Great Leader in front of the embassy.
