According to him, there is a problem with water resources in Azerbaijan: "We should think of Azerbaijan as a desert. In the desert today, new technologies are being applied for the production of agricultural products, and we must also switch to it. We also have a huge problem with irrigation. We have to think in which direction to develop. We are losing our water resources because we are working with old technologies. In this regard, we should attract the attention of relevant international organizations."
