Azerbaijan plays the role of regional leader, Vladanka Andreeva, the resident coordinator of the UN in Azerbaijan, told an international conference on “Decolonization Dialogues: Legacy, Challenges, and Progress," Report informs.
"For the first time, the World Urban Development Forum will be held in this region. This is a great achievement. Azerbaijan contributes to the construction of greener, more inclusive cities and villages in Karabakh. We hope that Azerbaijan's achievements will be demonstrated both at the World Urban Development Forum and at the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29)," she said.
