The Mundo Internacional magazine, widely distributed among Mexican state and government institutions, parliament, academic circles and members of the diplomatic corps accredited in the country, published an article dedicated to the memory of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, Report informs, citing the Azerbaijani Embassy in Mexico.

The article says that Heydar Aliyev is a source of national pride for the Azerbaijani people and that the name of the outstanding politician and statesman is inscribed in the history of the country with golden letters. The article emphasized that on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of his birth, by order of President Ilham Aliyev, 2023 was declared the “Year of Heydar Aliyev” in Azerbaijan.

The magazine also provides a brief overview of the glorious life path of the national leader, providing information about his exceptional services to Azerbaijani statehood and the progress of the people both during the years of the Soviet Union and the years of independence.
