Azerbaijan`s ambassador to Kuwait Emil Karimov has met with the Chairman of the Kuwait-Azerbaijan inter-parliamentary friendship group Hayef Al-Mutairi to discuss advancement of relations between the two friendly nations` legislative bodies.
During the meeting, both parties acknowledged the elevated level of relations between Azerbaijan and Kuwait, particularly in parliamentary matters. They underscored the importance of reciprocal visits by Kuwaiti and Azerbaijani parliamentarians and their cooperation within international organizations.
Ambassador Emil Karimov presented Hayif Al-Muteiri with books commemorating the 100th anniversaries of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and distinguished ophthalmologist-scientist Zarifa Aliyeva. Additionally, books published in Arabic, focusing on President Ilham Aliyev's contributions and activities, were shared during the meeting.
