French President Emmanuel Macron believes that the imposition of sanctions against Azerbaijan due to the situation in Karabakh will have the opposite effect.
Yenicag.az reports that Macron said this at the press conference held after the European Political Community summit in Granada (Spain):
"Now is not the time for sanctions. They will be insignificant," the head of state said.
