Azerbaijan`s Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev has met with Director General of the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) Yury Borisov, who was attending the 74th International Astronautical Congress.
During the meeting, they discussed the issues of training a new generation of highly qualified engineers and other issues of mutual interest.
