The delivery of food cargo to the Russian Red Cross Society along the Aghdam-Khankandi route is the first important step, Acting Assistant Secretary for US State Department European and Eurasian Affairs Yuri Kim wrote on X, XQ informs.
She noted that the next step should be the simultaneous use of the Lachin road, along with the Aghdam-Khankandi route.
This will open the way to sustainable political dialogue, Yuri Kim added.
