President Ilham Aliyev signed the Decree "On measures related to the reconstruction of the Sugovushan-Kalbajar (9 km)-Aghdara-Aghdam highway".

According to the order, for the reconstruction of the thirty-three kilometer long Sugovusan‒Kalbajar (9 km)‒Aghdara‒Aghdam highway, approved by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 23, 2023, "State capital funds in the 2023 state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan" 4.5 million manats of the amount indicated in subsection 1.31.25 of the allocation of funds intended for investment (investment costs) were allocated to the State Agency of Azerbaijan Highways.
