In Great Britain, in North Yorkshire, swine flu infection was detected for the first time. This was reported by the British Health Safety Agency (UKHSA). The information stated that the person who was diagnosed with the virus had no contact with pigs.

I wonder how likely this virus is to spread to other countries? Could it be a danger for Azerbaijan?

Professor Adil Geybulla spoke to Bizim.media about the topic.
Warning from the professor: "Swine flu may spread in Azerbaijan" - FOTOO noted that there is a possibility of swine flu coming to our country:

"Because there is regular travel between Britain and Azerbaijan, our relations are very extensive. During the incubation period of the disease, the infected person can come to Azerbaijan and spread it. The Ministry of Health has brought a flu vaccine for this virus. It is advisable to get this vaccine.

Especially, those who suffer from severe coronavirus and those who have co-morbidities definitely need this vaccine. Because the course of swine flu is relatively severe. I think it would be better if preventive measures were taken now."
