On December 4, President Ilham Aliyev signed an Order on measures related to the reconstruction of the Sugovushan-Sarsang reservoir-Gozlukorpu-Kalbajar highway.
In order to reconstruct the eighty-kilometer-long Sugovusan-Sarsang reservoir-Gozlukorpu-Kalbajar highway, approved by Decree No. 3720 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 23, 2023, "Investment of state-based funds in the 2023 state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan (investment) 17 million manats of the amount specified in subsection 1.31.25 of the allocation of funds intended for expenses) are allocated to the State Agency of Azerbaijan Motorways.
Financing is entrusted to the Ministry of Finance, and the resolution of issues arising from the decree is entrusted to the Cabinet of Ministers.
