The 5th Anniversary Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition ADEX is underway at the Baku Expo Center, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov met Tuesday with Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Colonel General Ruslan Zhaksylykov, visiting Azerbaijan to attend the exhibition.

The meeting noted friendly and fraternal roots of bilateral military cooperation between the 2 countries. It emphasized that the cooperation in the field of defense strengthens both armies.

During the meeting at Baku Expo Center, the sides discussed the current state and prospects of military cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, as well as had a detailed exchange of views on various issues of mutual interest.

In the end, a bilateral military cooperation plan for 2025 was signed between the Defense Ministries of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, and a Memorandum was signed between the National Defense Universities.
