Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for International Cultural Cooperation Mikhail Shvydkoy, who participated in the 6th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue in Baku, has met with Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan Anar Alakbarov.
The meeting saw the two to explore the Azerbaijan-Russia cooperation in the cultural and humanitarian domains, deliberate the existing potential for further expansion of bilateral relations, and exchange views on the future projects.
The meeting also centered around Azerbaijan's hosting of COP29, one of the esteemed and major global events in 2024, as well as the participation and representation with a pavilion of the Russian Federation in COP29, which plays the role of a core platform for addressing pressing environmental challenges we face.
