On January 9, the first group of residents, comprising 89 families and a total of 337 individuals, was relocated to the Ashaghi Oratagh, Heyvali, Chapar, and Childiran villages in Aghdara district.
As part of this phase, 31 families (119 people) were resettled in Ashaghi Oratagh, 26 families (96 people) in Chapar, 19 families (74 people) in Heyvali, and 13 families (48 people) in Childiran.
