In May, Azerbaijan will host the region’s largest international exhibitions in the fields of agriculture and the food industry.

The 18th Azerbaijan International Agriculture Exhibition - Caspian Agro and the 30th Anniversary Azerbaijan International Food Industry Exhibition - InterFood Azerbaijan will take place on May 13-16 at Baku Expo Center.

The industries covered by the exhibitions receive special attention from the state. For many years, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, has visited the Caspian Agro and InterFood Azerbaijan exhibitions, familiarizing himself with the exhibition exposure and participants at the Baku Expo Center. In 2024, the exhibitions were also visited by the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, together with President Ilham Aliyev. The Caspian Agro exhibition is held with the organizational support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Additionally, the exhibitions are actively supported by the Food Safety Agency of The Republic of Azerbaijan, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Export and Investment Promotion Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AZPROMO), the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK), the Azerbaijan Food and Beverage Industrialists Association (AFBIA), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), and the Azerbaijan Exhibition Organisers Association (ASTA).

The year 2025 will be a milestone for the InterFood Azerbaijan exhibition, as the region's largest specialized food industry event will celebrate its 30th anniversary.

The preparation process for the exhibitions is currently in full swing. In 2024, the exhibitions set a record in terms of participant numbers, occupying all available pavilions and outdoor spaces at the Baku Expo Center. This year, most of the exhibition space has already been booked by participants representing various countries, leaving only a limited number of spaces available for participation.

Companies from Azerbaijan, Belgium, Belarus, China, Egypt, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, India, Iran, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Latvia, Netherlands, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and the United States have already confirmed their participation in the Caspian Agro and InterFood Azerbaijan exhibitions. Germany, Belarus, Georgia, Italy, South Korea, Sri Lanka, and, for the first time, Egypt will showcase their agricultural and food industry products within national pavilions. Prior Leasing JSC will be the registration sponsor of the exhibitions.

The Caspian Agro and InterFood Azerbaijan exhibitions are organized by Caspian Event Organisers (CEO), along with its partners, Caspian Event Management and ICA Events.

Detailed information about the exhibitions can be found at the official websites www.caspianagro.az and www.interfood.az, as well as on social media accounts of these events.
