“Preparations for the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change are ongoing,” Mukhtar Babayev, COP29 President-Designate and Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, said at the opening ceremony of the "Uniform Distribution and Accreditation Center" (UDAC).
Babayev emphasized that some of the preparations had already been completed. “Works are currently underway to complete the remaining works and get the event venue fully operational,” he added.
