As part of the preparations for the highly anticipated COP29 climate conference, Baku, the capital city of Azerbaijan, is currently hosting the 11th Technical Expert Dialogue and the 3rd Meeting Under the Ad Hoc Work Programme, according to Report.
"The COP29 Presidency welcomes Parties and Observers to Baku for the 11th Technical Expert Dialogue and the 3rd Meeting Under the Ad Hoc Work Programme from the 9th to 12th September. We support the co-chairs as they work to make progress on agreeing a fair and ambitious NCQG that takes into account the needs and priorities of developing country Parties. This is our top negotiating priority for COP29 in Baku, with these meetings offering a critical opportunity to make progress in realising this ambition," the COP29 Presidency said on X.
