Taleh Kazimov, Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), met with Pan Gongsheng, Governor of the People's Bank of China, on the sidelines of the AlUlaCEME 2025 conference.
The discussions focused on the reforms implemented by both central banks in the area of monetary policy, as well as the expansion of digital currencies and financial technologies.
The parties also deliberated on enhancing institutional cooperation between the two countries’ central banks, as well as sharing knowledge and experience in this regard.
