Oil prices surge in global markets

Oil prices experienced an upward trend in global markets.

Brent crude on the London Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) increased by $0.06, reaching $72.94 per barrel. Meanwhile, Light crude on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) rose by $0.08, settling at $69.46 per barrel.
