The final qualifying round of the "I AM A MASTER!" competition, organized by Holcim, has successfully concluded. This competition, which began in June in the "Binastore" area of Khirdalan, covered all regions of the country and today ends with the final qualifying round in Khirdalan. Over the past four months, the organizers have held selection rounds across the country, meeting many interesting people and assessing the professionalism of local masons.
As in the previous tournaments, today's participants demonstrated a high level of skill, performing tasks related to building walls with bricks. The tasks were evaluated based on criteria such as speed, professionalism, attention to detail, and precision.
The top 28 masons, selected from the regional stages, will compete intensely for the title of "Best Master of the Year" in the final. The winner will receive a Changan pick-up car.
The "I AM A MASTER!" competition is organized by Holcim Azerbaijan in partnership with the Center for Vocational Education under the Agency for the Development of Free Economic Zones.
"It was such an interesting project that we, the organizers, didn’t even notice how quickly these four months passed. We traveled across the country, saw the professional work of the craftsmen, and recognized the importance of supporting such initiatives," noted the project manager Dayanat Bakhshaliyev.
