A predictable future is of great importance to both the public and private sectors, Anar Karimov, head of the Partnership and International Cooperation Sector of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), said at the event ‘Anticipating Tomorrow: A Strategic Foresight’ roundtable held at ADA University, Report informs.
"On this remarkable day—the 101st anniversary of the birth of Heydar Aliyev, the National Leader, the founder of modern Azerbaijan statehood, the organization of this conference and round table is symbolic. Heydar Aliyev is the founder of modern Azerbaijan. The National Leader saved Azerbaijan by overcoming all the difficulties we faced in the first days of the restoration of our independence," he stressed.
Karimov added that the topics to be discussed are important in terms of strategic foresight.
