Azerbaijan has sent another batch of eggs to Russia with a total weight of 18 tons (306,000 eggs), Report informs referring to the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency.
The deliveries were carried out through the Yarag-Kazmalyar checkpoint on the Azerbaijani-Russian border.
An agreement on the supply of eggs to Russian markets was reached last month following a meeting between Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency Chairman Goshgar Tahmazli and the head of Rosselkhoznadzor (Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision), Sergei Dankvert, who arrived in Azerbaijan.
