Azerbaijan’s Minister of Finance and co-chairman of the Azerbaijan-Saudi Arabia Joint Commission on Cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, investment, technology, culture, sports and youth Samir Sharifov has met with newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the country Essam bin Saleh Al-Jutaili.
The sides touched upon successful development of bilateral relations between the two countries noting the contribution of the Joint Commission on Cooperation to deepening cooperation to political, economic, energy, agriculture, tourism and other fields.
They also hailed mutual support of both countries within international organizations and events.
The Finance Minister congratulated the ambassador on his new appointment and wished him successes in his activities.
