Vice President of the Azerbaijan Swimming Federation Mark Koganov and Secretary General Fakhri Hasanov are participating in the elective congress of European Aquatics in Athens, Greece.
The event is scheduled to discuss European Aquatics` future plans, innovations, and the organization of competitions.
